DIATwin Creator_Pro Release Notes

Version: V1.5.1

Release Date: October 16, 2025

Overview

This release primarily introduces new features, including improved interaction behavior for Bounding Objects during simulation, automatic assignment of ports for Emitters/Receivers when constructing Executors, and various bug fixes.

New Features

  1. Gantt Chart Export to File
    • File includes main program and subprogram information
    • Content includes statement lists
    • Includes start and end timestamps
  2. Articulated Robot Controller — Added Collaborative Arm Configuration
    • Use axis draggers to move the collaborative arm built with the articulated controller; reachable target points can be planned
    • Optimized acceleration planning, wrist configuration, and joint angle alignment
  3. External Control API C# Library — V0.8.3
    • Packaged the API as a NuGet package for easier use
    • Updated sample programs
    • Added the following key external control features
      • Show / hide Preferences UI
      • Enable / disable preference View items
      • Switch to different camera/view angles
      • Show / hide the ViewEditor
      • Toggle 3D world rendering modes
      • Show / hide specified types of coordinate displays
      • Retrieve component information
      • Adjust DIATwin UI position
      • Switch to different tool tabs in the toolbar
        • Layout / Modeling / Program / Collision Detection

Improvements

  1. Automatic port numbering for Emitters/Receivers when constructing Executors
    • When adding executor behavior during modeling, port properties will automatically receive sequential numbers
  2. Refined Delta Motion Behavior default point speed percentage and defaults
    • In PTP mode, teaching robot points can be input as a speed percentage
  3. Improved automatic naming for Link motors and position sensors
    • After extracting a link, the motor and position sensor properties for the joint are automatically named based on the display name
  4. Set pen device "Paint enabled" default to off to reduce resource usage
    • The "Paint enabled" property default is now disabled
  5. Allow multi-select deletion of Subprograms
    • In the program editor, multiple subprograms can be selected with Shift/Ctrl for deletion
  6. Improved toolbar collapse behavior to increase 3D render viewport
  7. Improved view tools and simulation bar hide controls to increase 3D render area

Bug Fixes

  1. File
    • Fixed a crash that occurred when opening a file after opening a specific DIATwin project
  2. Modeling
    • Fixed an issue where editing device names after importing a model caused corresponding behavior properties to be lost
    • Fixed an error that occurred when adding material properties to an appearance feature
    • Fixed an issue where dragging appearance features into links when toggling link visibility did not follow visibility correctly
    • Fixed an issue where changing link axis properties caused corresponding behavior properties to be lost
  3. Program
    • Fixed incorrect component highlighting during simulation in the program editor
  4. Simulation
    • Fixed an issue where connector properties changed after starting simulation
    • Fixed connector property settings that caused components to jitter when simulation started
  5. Analysis
    • Fixed signal loss when multiple oscilloscopes were configured to monitor the same object
